WellSpire, a company formed by a joint venture between WesleyLife (Johnston, Iowa), and Genesis Health System (Davenport, Iowa), is planning a replacement community in DeWitt, Iowa.
The new Fieldstone of DeWitt would replace Westwing Place, a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, and offer assisted living, memory care, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
The project is contingent on a $5 million capital campaign led by The DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation (DeWitt).
