Senior housing operator and developer Wellpointe (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) has filed plans for a 2.2-million-square-foot affordable assisted living community in Warner Center, a business district of Los Angeles, according to The Real Deal.
The plans comprise 3,458 residential units, including 266 units for on-site staff, across four towers ranging from 34 stories to 42 stories on a 4.7-acre site.
Additionally, the plans include 61,450 square feet of nonresidential space and 823 parking spaces.
