Developer AU Associates (Lexington, Ky.) has opened Wellington Park Apartments, a new affordable senior living community in Lexington, Ky., according to a news release.
The $11.5 million project delivers 45 units, all of which are compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The community is located adjacent to a dog park and within walking distance of grocery and retail stores.
Construction on the project started in November 2024.
