Developer, owner, and operator Integrated Real Estate Group (Southlake, Texas) plans to expand Watermere at Flower Mound, a 55+ senior living community in Flower Mound, Texas, according to communityimpact.com.
The project will consist of 24 villas in nine new buildings—six with two villas each and three with four villas each. Slated for completion in 10 to 14 months, the community will offer 38 total villas and 210 units.
The villas will be available in three different floor plans ranging from 1,425 square feet to 1,822 square feet.
