Watermark At Bellevue Completes Independent Living, Intergenerational Projects In Bellevue, Washington

The campus additions include a 22-story independent living tower and adjacent intergenerational building with 190 units.

Watermark at Bellevue opened an independent living tower and added a luxury multifamily building on its assisted living and memory care campus, in Bellevue, Wash.

The 22-story independent living tower consists of 155 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, salon, and outdoor plaza with fountain.

Adjacent to the new tower is the intergenerational Broadstone Savoie, with 190 residential  units, a coworking space, rooftop lounge, fitness center, yoga room, bike room, and pet wash room, according to a news release.

With the expansion, the campus spans an entire city block, including four resident-only restaurants and a bistro and café open to the public.

The campus is a collaboration between developer Alliance Residential Company (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and operator Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.).
