Watermark at Bellevue opened an independent living tower and added a luxury multifamily building on its assisted living and memory care campus, in Bellevue, Wash.
The 22-story independent living tower consists of 155 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, salon, and outdoor plaza with fountain.
Adjacent to the new tower is the intergenerational Broadstone Savoie, with 190 residential units, a coworking space, rooftop lounge, fitness center, yoga room, bike room, and pet wash room, according to a news release.
With the expansion, the campus spans an entire city block, including four resident-only restaurants and a bistro and café open to the public.
The campus is a collaboration between developer Alliance Residential Company (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and operator Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.).
