Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach, Fla.) plans to open a community in Sarasota, Fla., with 72 independent living, 94 assisted living, and 32 memory care units.
The community will feature a promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining areas, bistro, community living rooms, pool, salon and spa, fitness center, art studio and gallery, grand balconies, and outdoor living spaces.
The community is scheduled to open in summer 2020.
