Watercrest Senior Living Breaks Ground on South Carolina Project

Watercrest Myrtle Beach will feature 76 assisted living and 22 memory care units.

Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach, Fla.), a developer and operator of assisted living and memory care communities, and equity partners Peninsula U.S. Real Estate and Corecam Capital Partners have broken ground on a new assisted living and memory care community in Myrtle Beach, S.C., according to an article in Multifamily Biz.

The 98-unit Watercrest Myrtle Beach community will feature 76 assisted living and 22 memory care units. Amenities will include a promenade, fireplace, water wall, multiple dining venues, pool, salon and spa, “Florida-style” outdoor spaces, and an outdoor streetscape.

The community is expected to open in 2021.
