Watercrest Senior Living Group (Vero Beach, Fla.) and United Properties (Vero Beach) have opened Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care in Naples, Fla.
The 128-unit luxury senior living community includes 96 assisted living units and 32 memory care apartments.
The community offers a promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining options, pool, salon and spa, grand balconies, and Florida-style outdoor living spaces. A Market Street Plaza showcases an outdoor streetscape with numerous LifeBUILT programming touches as part of the community’s multisensory memory care programming.
A second project, Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living, is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2020.
