Singh Development (developer; Cary, N.C.) has completed construction on Waltonwood Lead Mine, a new senior living community in Raleigh, N.C., according to a news release.

On a 5-acre site, the assisted living community offers housing for 100 residents, including 30 units dedicated to memory care. A secure interior courtyard and top-floor outdoor terrace provide areas for activities and relaxation.

Cline (Raleigh, N.C.) was the architect and interior designer on the project. Choate Construction (Atlanta) was the builder; and engineering services were provided by Lighthouse Engineering (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; Raleigh) and Hauser-Creech (structural; Zebulon, N.C.).
