The Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles) is adding a master-planned residential concept with 55+ senior living residences, in Pittsboro, N.C.
The 1,500-acre community, called Asteria, will include 4,000 single-family and multifamily homes in Pittsboro’s Chatham Park.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, wellness center, restaurant, sport courts, swimming pools, community garden, and trail system.
The project team comprises DMB Development (developer; Scottsdale, Ariz.) and Walt Disney Imagineering (designer; Glendale, Calif.).
