Volunteers Of America Opens Paloma Garden Community In Colorado Springs, Colorado

The affordable senior living project features 50 renovated units, 75 new units, and amenities such as a community room, library, and fitness center.

Volunteers of America (Alexandria, Va.) opened Paloma Garden, a new 62+ affordable senior living community in Colorado Springs, Colo., according to koaa.com.

The project combined a renovated building with 50 units and new construction of 75 units. All the units are one bedroom and the units in the new building have balconies.

Amenities include a community room, library, and fitness center as well as an outdoor courtyard with gardens and a walking path and a dog park.
