Volante Senior Living (Southlake, Texas) nearing completion on Volante of Roseburg in Roseburg, Oregon, according to The (Roseburg, Ore.) News-Review.
The community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care options in studio-sized, one-bedroom units, ranging from 380 square feet to 480 square feet.
Amenities will include a movie theater and beauty salon.
The project is expected to be completed in spring 2025.
