Vitality Senior Living, a senior living management and operations company in Brentwood, Tenn., has opened an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Brentwood.
The 130,000-square-foot community, Traditions of Mill Creek, features 59 independent living units, 47 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units, with one- and two-bedroom and studio options available.
Amenities include a bistro café, three dining rooms, three beauty salons, spa, two movie theatres, library, fitness room, exercise studio, game room, outdoor balcony with guest fireplace, rehabilitation center, and guest suite.
