Senior living provider Vitality Living (Brentwood, Tenn.) and real estate development and investment management firm Hillpointe (Winter Park, Fla.) are planning a new community in Madison, Ga.
Vitality Living Madison will feature independent living, assisted living, and memory care and will open in phases, with independent and active options expected to open by late 2020 and assisted living and memory care planned for late 2022.
Amenities will be phased in, as well, and include a recreation and wellness center with fitness and yoga space, workout equipment, bocce and shuffleboard courts, and a heated swimming pool; a library; activity and meeting rooms; learning center; fishing pond; and dining venues.
