Vitalia Senior Residences (Strongsville, Ohio) and private equity firm Omni Senior Living (Solon, Ohio), are planning an independent living community in Strongsville, according to an article in Cleveland.com.
The community will offer 71 attached units, which will be arranged in groups of two or four living units. Amenities will include a restaurant, library, fitness center, theater, putting green, and bocce courts.
The $20 million project is scheduled for completion in spring 2021.
