Vita of Greenfield affordable senior living community opened in Greenfield, Ind., providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care, according to the Greenfield Daily Reporter.
The community houses 243 units, including 130 units for independent living in one building, with 72 units for assisted living and a 40-unit memory care neighborhood in a second tower.
Amenities in the assisted living/memory care building include a library, several wellness areas, and a restaurant-style dining area. Independent living amenities include a gym and pickleball courts.
