Village Concepts Of Lake Stevens Breaks Ground In Lake Stevens, Washington

The Rush Companies (Gig Harbor, Wash.), a development, construction, financing, and management firm, and senior living operator Village Concepts broke ground on Village Concepts of Lake Stevens in Lake Stevens, Wash., according to a news release.

The 4-story, 125,062-square-foot community will house 120 independent and assisted living units and a 20-unit memory care neighborhood.

Amenities will include a wellness center, theater, game and club rooms, library, salon, family kitchen, and secure courtyard for memory care residents.

Wattenbarger Architects (Bellevue, Wash.) is the design firm on the project, which is expected to open in spring 2026.
