Vi Living (Chicago) opened the first of four buildings planned as part of a $92 million redevelopment project at Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Fla., according to the website gulfshorebusiness.com.
The other three buildings are expected to be completed by summer. In total, the buildings will add 64 independent living units at the continuing care retirement community (CCRC).
The residential units will range in size from 2,300 to 4,500 square feet and feature screened-in balconies, a great room with an open kitchen, and den, according to Vi Living’s website.
The project team includes Suffolk Construction (Boston; general contractor).
