Veronica Place, a 55+ senior living community in Florissant, Mo., held a grand opening for its expansion and renovation project on its campus, according to the website ksdk.com.
The community, housed in a former 1950s-era elementary school, added 78 one- and two-bedroom residential units.
The project also upgraded the electrical and HVAC systems.
The community was acquired by STRAQR Investment Funds (St. Louis) in December.
