The Vermont State Housing Authority (Montpelier, Vt.) is planning a new 55+ affordable senior living community in Hinesburg, Vt., according to an article in mynbc5.com.
The new senior living community will include 23 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit, a lounge, community room, telehealth room, and pavilion.
Expected to be completed in August 2024, the project will be designed with energy-efficiency building strategies, including heat pumps for heating and cooling and rooftop solar panels.
