Vermilion Development (Chicago) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Silver Birch of Mansfield, a new senior living community in Mansfield, Ohio, according to a news release.
The $38 million, 3-story senior community will house 120 studio and one-bedroom assisted living units, barber/beauty shop, library, and fitness center.
Resident amenities also will include recreational and social areas, walking paths, a gazebo, and patio.
The project team includes ARCO/Murray Construction (Downers Grove, Ill.) as the designer and builder. Silver Birch Living (Chicago) will be the operator.
