SRM Development (Kirkland, Wash.) is nearing completion on Vered on Ventura, a senior living community in Encino, Calif., according to la.urbanize.city.
The 6-story, 146,656-square-foot project will consist of 107 assisted living units and a 16-unit memory care neighborhood with studio, one- and, two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a sky lounge, dining area, bistro, gym, salon, outdoor movie viewing area, garden space, memory care courtyard, and dog run.
The project team will include Urbal Architecture (Seattle) as the designer.
