Atlanta-based developer The Integral Group is set to open Veranda at Assembly, an affordable senior living community in Doraville, Ga., according to a news release.
The 55+ community consists of 100 one- and two-bedroom residential units in a 4-story wood-frame building.
Amenities include a bistro/café, fitness center, yoga room, outdoor terrace, and dog park.
The project team includes Dynamik Design (architect; Atlanta) and McShane Construction Company (contractor; Rosemont, Ill.).
