United Zion Retirement Community (Lititz, Pa.) is set to begin construction this month on Cedar Heights, a four-story addition to the main campus in Lititz, according to a news release.
The project will add 45 units available in one-bedroom, one-bedroom and a den, and two-bedroom options. The units range in size from 725 square feet to 1,170 square feet, and feature 9-foot ceilings in the dining and living rooms. Each unit also includes a private patio or balcony.
Amenities include a café, fitness center, fireside lounge, and multipurpose room.
The project team includes designer RDL Architects (Beachwood, Ohio).
