Senior living operator Panorama Senior Housing (Beverly Hills, Calif.) is planning two senior living communities in Los Angeles.
One project will offer 62 assisted living units and 18 memory care units. A rooftop deck on the fifth floor will house a bocce ball area, barbecue area, and putting green. Other amenities include a multipurpose patio area, fire pits, and raised planters for gardening. Construction is slated to be completed in fourth quarter 2022.
The second project is a 35,000-square-foot, 109-unit assisted living and memory care community that will feature two buildings, connected by a ground-level courtyard and an underground parking lot. Amenities will include a bistro, main dining room, activity room, theater, hair salon, library, living room, physical therapy and fitness room, and an outdoor game room.
Construction is slated to begin in first quarter 2021 and be completed by fourth quarter 2022.
