A joint venture between Related Companies (New York) and Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.), in conjunction with Welltower Inc. (Toledo, Ohio), is developing two senior living communities in Santa Clara, Calif., and Cupertino, Calif.
The 191-unit Santa Clara community will be adjacent to a 9.2 million-square foot urban development, which will include office and medical office buildings, a hotel, multifamily housing, and retail. The senior living community is scheduled to break ground in mid-2022 and be completed in 2024.
The Cupertino community will include 158 units and an outdoor community park and will be located near the Cupertino Senior Center, Cupertino Memorial Park, and De Anza College.
