Tutera Senior Living & Health Care (Kansas City, Mo.) is set to open The Lumiere of Chesterfield, an upscale senior living community, in the St. Louis suburb of Chesterfield, Mo., according to a news release.
The 193,000-square-foot development will house 96 independent living units, 37 assisted living units, and 17 memory care units.
Amenities will include a library, wine room, bistros, dog park, bocce ball, and putting green.
Shelbourne Healthcare Development Group (Wayne, Pa.) will manage the community.
