Owner/operator Tutera Senior Living & Healthcare (Kansas City, Mo.) has expanded its portfolio in the Midwest with the addition of 26 senior living communities, according to a news release.
The expansion includes the acquisition of eight communities and signed management agreements with 18 others in Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.
A phased transition of the communities, including rebranding and integration onto Tutera’s operating platform, is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
