Tukka Properties Plans New 118-Unit Senior Living Community In Waukesha, Wisconsin

The community will house 64 independent/assisted living units in a 4-story wing, with 25 assisted living units and 29 memory care units in two other single-story wings.

Developer Tukka Properties (Madison, Wis.) is planning to build a new 118-unit senior living community in Waukesha, Wis., according to gmtoday.com.

The community will consist of three wings—one 4-story wing and two single-story wings—as well as 14 duplexes. The 4-story wing will house 64 independent/assisted living units. One of the single-story wings will house 25 assisted living units, while the other wing will include a 29-unit memory care neighborhood. The duplexes will provide additional independent living with the opportunity to move into higher levels of care as needed.

Senior care services provider Lifespark (St. Louis Park, Minn.) will manage the community.
