Trilogy Health Services To Expand Footprint In Portage, Michigan

The senior living provider is adding a 103-unit assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing community.

Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.), which operates 130 senior living campuses across five states in the Midwest,  plans to break ground on a new assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing community in Portage, Mich., according to the website wkzo.com.

The new community will include 49 skilled nursing units, 42 assisted living units, and 12 memory care units.

Additionally, Trilogy is also set to break ground on projects in Sylvania and Ottawa, Ohio; Harrodsburg, Ky.; and Mooresville, Greenfield, and Noblesville, Ind.
