Trilogy Health Services To Build $22M Project In Ohio

The 113-unit community will feature a small house concept and is expected to open in 2024.

Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.), in partnership with DMK Development Group (Louisville), broke ground on a new independent living, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute healthcare services community in Lancaster, Ohio.

The $22 million, 113-unit project will be designed using Trilogy’s Village Center residential living model that features a predominance of private rooms organized into small residential neighborhoods.

The two-story community will house 25 independent living units, 23 assisted living units, 18 assisted living memory care units, 35 skilled nursing beds, and 12 skilled memory care beds. Residential units will be offered in studio and one-bedroom apartment models.

Residents will have access to a bistro, multiple dining areas, activity room, salon, multipurpose room, physical therapy room, and fitness center.

The community is expected to open in early 2024.
