Trilogy Health Services Plans Two-story Senior Living Community In Portage, Mich.

Trilogy Health Services (Louisville, Ky.) is planning a new $14.6 million independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing community in Portage, Mich., according to the website mlive.com.

The two-story, 87,312-square-foot project will repurpose the vacant Beacon Memory Care building in Portage to add 103 residential units, including 22 independent living units, 49 skilled nursing units, 12 memory care units, and 20 assisted living care units.

Residents will have access to community dining areas, a café, pub/parlor, physical and occupational therapy spaces, hair salon, and outdoor activity areas.

Construction on the senior living community is expected to begin this summer.
