Twin Lakes Community will add 28 new homes over three phases of construction in 2020, part of a $15 million project that will increase the Burlington, N.C., independent-living, assisted-living, skilled-nursing and memory-care residence community to 434 total homes.
According to an article in the Triad Business Journal, the first phase is scheduled for completion by May, with phases two and three to follow in the summer and fall, respectively.
Reporter John Joyce writes: “Teague, Freyaldenhoven and Freyaldenhoven Architects and Planners Inc. of Greensboro designed the new Twin Lakes addition. Weaver Cooke has signed on as the general contractor. The new homes will range in size –– with four available floor-plan options –– from 1,78 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Features include three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half baths, screened-in porches, attic space and attached garages.”
