Senior living developer and operator Touchmark (Beaverton, Ore.) has started construction on Touchmark on Harmony Ridge in Fort Collins, Colo., according to the Coloradoan.
Situated on 18 acres, the community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.
The community is expected to open in late 2028.
