Touchmark at Fairway Village, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Vancouver, Wash., completed 78,580 square feet of renovations to the community’s public corridors, resident amenity spaces, and operational office areas.
The community features an industrial farmhouse design that includes large metal sliding doors and storefronts, wooden beams, brick, stone, wrought iron, and shiplap. Interior finishes were inspired by local natural elements, such as using locally quarried basalt stone surrounding a new fireplace. Resident amenity spaces have improved views to the exterior for visual connections to the scenic surroundings.
The community includes 123 independent living units, 86 assisted living units, and 30 memory care units, as well as a health and fitness club.
Spellman Brady (St. Louis) served as the project’s interior designer.
