Luxury home builder Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) held a groundbreaking ceremony for its latest senior living community, Willis Brook at Lynnfield in Lynnfield, Mass., according to a news release.
The 55+ active adult community will consist of 66 single-family homes and a community clubhouse for residents.
Residential units will feature gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas, and private first-floor primary bedroom suites.
