Titan Senquest Management Inc. (El Segundo, Calif.), a senior housing property management firm, has acquired Ashford Court in Westland, Mich.
The 143-unit independent living community was previously under a foreign-entity’s ownership and managed by Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.).
In addition to the newly acquired Ashford Court, Titan also owns and operates 17 senior communities around the country.
