Timber Rock Senior Living (Lenexa, Kans.) is planning a 130-unit assisted living and memory care community on a 12-acre site in Lenexa, according to an article in fox4kc.com.
The three-story, 152,500-square-foot community will include 32 memory care units and 98 assisted living units, in studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities will include a pool, community building, and playground.
Nelson Development (Des Moines, Iowa) is the developer on the project.
