ThriveMore Plans Brice Pointe CCRC In New Bern, North Carolina

Senior living provider ThriveMore (Winston-Salem, N.C.) unveiled plans for Brice Pointe, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in New Bern, N.C., according to the New Bern Sun Journal.

On a 70-acre site, the project comprises 220 residential units, including 150 independent living apartments, 52 villas and cottages, and 18 assisted living units.

Amenities will include lake activities, walking trails, and outdoor dining.

The project team includes Life Care Services (LCS; Des Moines, Iowa), a senior living development and management firm.

Construction is expected to begin in 2028 and be completed in 2030.
