Three Pillars Senior Living Communities (Dousman, Wis.) is building The Fields at Three Pillars, an independent living expansion on an existing continuing care retirement community (CCRC) campus in Dousman, according to the nonprofit senior housing organization’s website.
The project consists of 110 units in 50 duplexes (garden homes), 12 fourplexes (courtyard homes), and 48 apartments.
A town center will also include dining options, a pub and game room, library, shop, theater, fitness center, salon and spa, performing arts center, and social spaces. Outdoor amenities will include walking and biking trails, resident gardens, a park, dog park, kayak launch, rooftop terrace, and pickleball courts.
The expansion is expected to be completed in late 2026.
