Owner, operator, and developer Phoenix Senior Living (Roswell, Ga.) has renovated three of its communities in metro Atlanta, including locations at Roswell, Dunwoody, and Johnson Ferry, Ga.
Macallan Works (Marietta, Ga.), a commercial contractor specializing in senior living, modernized the front entry, reception area, dining areas, and gathering spaces of all three facilities.
Additionally, at the Johnson Ferry location, more than 11,500 square feet was renovated, including the bistro; at the Dunwoody location, 11,000 square feet of common area spaces was renovated; in Roswell, more than 11,000 square feet of common area spaces were renovated to also include the bistro.
