The Woodlands at Canterfield, an assisted living and memory care community, is being built in West Dundee, Ill., according to the website dailyherald.com.
Situated on 9 acres, the 129-unit community will include 91 assisted living units and 38 memory care units. Residential spaces will have high-end finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, maple cabinets, and quartz countertops.
The project will also incorporate nearly 16,000 square feet of amenity space, including a fitness center, spa, salon, pub, clubroom, and guest suite.
The community is expected to be completed by spring 2023.
The project team includes McShane Construction Company (construction; Rosemont, Ill.) and Nelson Construction & Development (developer; Des Moines, Iowa). Franciscan Advisory Services (Lemont, Ill.) will manage the community.
