Developer Community Investment Strategies Inc. (Lawrenceville, N.J.) plans to build The Willow, a 55+ affordable living community, in Hoboken, N.J., according to the website re-nj.com.
Plans call for a 6-story building with three studio, 28 one-bedroom, and five two-bedroom residential units. A ground-floor activity room will also be included.
Expected to break ground in 2025, the project will include East Orange, N.J-based architecture firm KNTM.
