The Westerly in Pewaukee, Wis., is being developed by Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.), ICAP Development (Milwaukee), and operator Koru Health (Wauwatosa), according to the website gmtoday.com.

Situated on 4.7 acres, the 141-unit community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care services and a specialty care suite.

Amenities will comprise an aquatic center, dining room, tearoom, health and fitness center, rooftop patio, and a secure outdoor memory care courtyard.

The project team includes Galbraith Carnahan Architects (architect; Milwaukee), O+O Studio (interior designer; Shorewood, Wis.), and Pinnacle Engineering (civil engineer; Waukesha, Wis.).
