The Westerly Pewaukee, a senior living community in Pewaukee, Wis., is planning to open this spring, according to tmj4.com.

The 166,000-square-foot, 141-unit community will house 71 independent living units, 55 assisted living units, and a 16-unit memory care neighborhood, according to Moore Construction (Menomonee Falls, Wis.), the builder on the project.

Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.) and ICAP Development (Milwaukee) will co-develop the community.

Amenities will include a kitchen, bar area, fitness center, indoor pool, open lounges, rooftop patio, exterior courtyard, physical therapy room, and salon.
