Senior living developer Matter Development (Wauwatosa, Wis.) and ICAP Development (Milwaukee) are planning The Westerly, a luxury senior living community in Pewaukee, Wis., according to the website gmtoday.com.
The four-story, 138-unit community will include independent living, assisted living, memory care, and specialty care.
Situated on 4.7 acres, the project is slated to open in early 2025.
