The Waters Senior Living LLC (Minnetonka, Minn.) is planning a new senior living community in Pewaukee, Minn., according to an article in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The Waters of Pewaukee will include 161 residential units on a wooded campus with walking trails.
The project team includes Continental Building (general contractor; Columbus, Ohio).
The community is slated for completion in early 2023.
