Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.) opened The Watermark at the Pearl, in Portland, Ore.’s Pearl District.
The senior living community includes 140 independent living units, 77 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units, offered in studio, one-, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with den models.
Residents have access to a spa and salon, fitness center, and four restaurants. Outdoor spaces include a meditation garden and fourth-floor terrace with views of the city and nearby river.
