The Watermark At Coral Gables Opens In Florida

The 256,000-square-foot, 198-unit luxury senior living community includes a rooftop pool, ballroom, and wellness center.

Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.) and ZOM Senior Living (Orlando, Fla.) opened The Watermark at Coral Gables in Coral Gables, Fla., as part of Watermark Retirement Communities’ Élan Collection of luxury senior living communities.

The 256,000-square-foot senior living community comprises 198 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.

The community’s 50,000 square feet of amenity spaces includes a rooftop pool and adjacent yoga lawn and gardens, five restaurants, two bars, a salon and spa, fitness center, ballroom, wellness center, art studio, and theater.

Lemay + Escobar Architecture (New York) was the design firm on the project.
