The Viridian resort-style senior living community is opening in New Bern, N.C., at the end of July, according to the website newbernsj.com.
The community will house a three-story 48-unit assisted living building and 83 independent living units in single- and two-bed options.
Resident amenities will include a salon and barber shop, spa, bar, theater room, gym, dining area, and courtyard.
